These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales made on the website www.atelierselenia.com (hereinafter “the Site”), published and operated by Atelier Sélénia.
Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer’s unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Atelier Sélénia sells clothing and accessories to customers located in Switzerland, Europe, and internationally.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Atelier Sélénia to the Customer via the Site.
Atelier Sélénia offers for sale:
clothing
fashion accessories
clothing-related items
Product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible.
However:
slight variations in color or appearance may occur depending on screens and shooting conditions
these differences cannot constitute valid grounds for a complaint
Offers are valid while stocks last.
Prices are displayed:
in the currency corresponding to the Customer’s country, when available
otherwise, in euros (€)
The currency automatically adapts based on the Customer’s country of connection.
Prices are shown including all taxes (VAT included) where applicable.
Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase.
No additional delivery fee is charged.
Atelier Sélénia reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
However, the price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
Orders are placed exclusively via the Site.
Placing an order implies:
acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions
a payment obligation
Atelier Sélénia reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:
non-payment
suspected fraud
an invalid delivery address
a previous dispute with the Customer
Payment is made online using secure payment methods offered on the Site, including:
bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
other payment methods offered at checkout
Payment by PayPal is not available.
The order is considered final only after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery is completely free for all orders and all destinations offered on the Site.
Orders are prepared within 3 business days.
Business days include:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
(excluding weekends and public holidays)
The times below correspond to the estimated total times, including order processing and transit:
Switzerland:
Estimated total time: 4 to 7 business days
All other destinations (France, EU, United Kingdom, United States, Italy, Germany, Spain, rest of the world):
Estimated total time: 4 to 12 business days
These times correspond to the delivery times displayed on the Site and reported in Google Merchant Center.
A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as the order is shipped.
Atelier Sélénia cannot be held responsible for delays related to:
the carrier
postal services
customs formalities
exceptional events
For orders shipped outside Switzerland:
taxes or customs fees may apply
these fees are entirely payable by the Customer
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
In the event of an incorrect address resulting in the parcel being returned, reshipping fees may be requested.
The Customer has 15 calendar days from receipt of their order to request a return.
To be accepted, the returned product must:
to be new
to be unused
to be unworn
to be unopened (if sealed packaging)
be in its original, intact packaging
have its original tags attached
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
The following cannot be returned:
personalized or made-to-measure products
worn or washed items
items returned without tags
products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
items damaged by the Client
Any return request must be sent by email to:
stating:
full name
order number
items concerned
Return instructions are sent within 48 business hours.
Return costs are borne by the Client.
Atelier Sélénia does not provide a prepaid return label.
In the event of a compliant return:
the refund covers only the price of the returned products
it is issued via the same payment method
it is processed within a maximum of 5 business days after receipt and validation
As delivery is free, no shipping costs are refundable.
If the Client receives:
a defective item
a damaged product
an item that does not correspond to the order
they must contact immediately:
including:
order number
photos of the issue
In this case, Atelier Sélénia will cover:
the return
replacement or a full refund
Products are covered by the statutory warranties applicable under the legislation in force in the Client’s country.
Any complaint must be sent to info@atelierselenia.com with supporting documents.
Atelier Sélénia cannot be held liable for damage resulting from:
improper use
improper maintenance
a force majeure event
a delay attributable to the carrier
The data collected is used solely for processing orders and is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The Client may exercise their rights at:

Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to:
the law of the Client’s country of residence when the Client is a consumer
or, failing that, Swiss law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
