These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales made on the website www.atelierselenia.com (hereinafter "the Site"), published and operated by Atelier Sélénia .

Any order placed on the Site implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Atelier Sélénia sells clothing and accessories to customers located in Switzerland, Europe and internationally.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Atelier Sélénia to the Customer via the Site.

3. Products

Atelier Sélénia offers the following for sale:

clothes
fashion accessories
articles related to clothing

Product descriptions, photographs and features are presented as accurately as possible.

However :

Slight variations in color or rendering may occur depending on the screen and shooting conditions.
These differences cannot constitute a valid reason for a complaint

Offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Price

4.1 Price display currency

The prices are displayed:

in the currency corresponding to the Client's country , when available
If not, in euros (€)

The currency automatically adjusts according to the customer's country of connection.

4.2 Amounts

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes (TTC) where applicable.
Delivery is free for all orders , with no minimum purchase required.

No additional delivery charges are applied.

Atelier Sélénia reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
However, the price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.

5. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively via the Site.

Order confirmation involves:

acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
an obligation to pay

Atelier Sélénia reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:

non-payment
suspicion of fraud
Invalid delivery address
previous dispute with the Client

6. Payment

Payment is made online via secure payment methods offered on the Site, including:

bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
other payment options offered during checkout

Payment via PayPal is not offered.

The order is considered final only after confirmation of payment.

7. DELIVERY

7.1 Delivery charges

Delivery is completely free for all orders and all destinations offered on the Site.

7.2 Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 3 working days .

Working days include:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
(excluding weekends and public holidays)

7.3 Estimated delivery times

The times below correspond to the total estimated times , including order processing and shipping:

Swiss :

Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 7 business days

All other destinations (France, EU, United Kingdom, United States, rest of the world):

Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 12 business days

These delivery times correspond to the delivery times displayed on the Site and declared in Google Merchant Center.

7.4 Monitoring

A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as the order is shipped.

7.5 Delays

Atelier Sélénia cannot be held responsible for delays related to:

to the carrier
to the postal services
to customs formalities
to exceptional events

7.6 Taxes and Customs

For orders shipped outside of Switzerland:

Taxes or customs fees may apply.
These costs are entirely the responsibility of the Client

7.7 Delivery address

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

In the event of an address error resulting in the return of the package, reshipping fees may be charged.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

8.1 Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return.

8.2 Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted, the returned product must:

to be unused
to be not worn
must be unopened (if sealed packaging)
be in its original undamaged packaging
include its original labels

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

8.3 Ineligible Products

Cannot be returned:

personalized or custom-made products
worn or washed items
items returned without tags
Products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
items damaged by the Customer

8.4 Return Procedure

All return requests must be sent by email to:

Return instructions are sent within 48 business hours.

8.5 Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
Atelier Sélénia does not provide prepaid return labels.

9. REFUND

In the event of a return that meets the required standards:

The refund only covers the price of the returned products.
It is carried out via the same payment method.
It is processed within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt and validation

Since delivery is free, no shipping costs are refundable.

10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER ERROR

If the Client receives:

a defective item
a damaged product
an item not matching the order

the return
replacement or full refund

11. GUARANTEES

The products benefit from the applicable legal guarantees according to the legislation in force in the Client's country.

12. RESPONSIBILITY

Atelier Sélénia cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from:

of improper use
of an unsuitable interview
of a case of force majeure
of a delay attributable to the carrier

13. PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is used solely for order processing and is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
