Delivery and shipping

At Atelier Sélénia , we make every effort to ensure fast, reliable and transparent delivery.
This policy clearly details the delivery times, conditions and methods for shipping your orders.


1. Free delivery

Delivery is completely free for all orders and for all countries served by Atelier Sélénia.

No delivery fees are charged to the customer , regardless of the destination.


2. Order Processing

Preparation time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days .

  • Working days include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday .

  • Weekends and public holidays are not included.

The treatment includes:

  • order confirmation

  • product preparation

  • the packaging

  • handing over to the carrier

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number .


3. Estimated delivery times

The times below correspond to the total estimated time , including:

  • Processing time (3 business days)

  • the delivery time by the carrier

🇨🇭 Switzerland

  • Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 7 business days

🌍 All other destinations

(France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, United States and the rest of the world)

  • Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 12 business days

These timeframes are given as a guide and correspond to average estimates observed.


4. Order tracking

  • Each shipped order has a tracking number .

  • This number is automatically sent to you by email as soon as it is shipped.

  • You can track your package at any time via the link provided.


5. Important information regarding deadlines

Delivery times may be affected by certain factors beyond our control, including:

  • periods of high activity (sales, holidays, Black Friday, etc.)

  • carrier delays

  • customs formalities for international shipments

  • weather conditions or exceptional situations

Atelier Sélénia cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or postal services.


6. Taxes and customs duties

For orders shipped outside of Switzerland:

  • Taxes or customs fees may be applied by the destination country.

  • These potential costs are entirely the responsibility of the client.

  • Atelier Sélénia has no control over these additional costs.


7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

  • Atelier Sélénia cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address that may result in a delay or non-delivery.

  • In the event of a return of a parcel due to an incorrect address, a new shipment may be charged.


8. Unclaimed or returned packages

If a package is returned to us for one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect address

  • unclaimed package

  • refusal of delivery

The customer will be contacted to arrange for reshipment.
Additional fees may apply.
