At Atelier Sélénia , we place great importance on the quality of packaging, tracking, and the successful delivery of your order. This shipping policy details the delivery conditions applicable to all purchases made on our website www.atelierselenia.com .
1. Delivery Zones
 We primarily deliver to mainland France , as well as to some countries in the European Union.
 Delivery availability is confirmed when you validate your order, depending on the address provided.
2. Processing and shipping times
Order processing takes 1 to 5 business days , unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet (e.g., made to order).
Delivery times vary depending on:
- 
Product type (heavy furniture, in stock or made to order)
 - 
From the shipping location (our warehouses are located in Europe and with international partners)
 - 
From the carrier chosen for the shipment
 
Estimated delivery times:

Products in stock or small in size: 5 to 10 business days
 - 
Furniture or bulky items: 10 to 30 business days
 - 
Items made to order: a specific lead time will be indicated when ordering
 
In the event of an exceptional delay, our customer service will inform you promptly by email.
3. Delivery method
The majority of products are delivered by specialized carrier , depending on the weight, volume and destination.
Unless otherwise stated:

Deliveries are made to the doorstep : at the foot of the building or in front of the house
 - 
Installation, setup, or assembly is not included unless otherwise specified.
 
If your order contains multiple items, they can be shipped separately, with different delivery times, at no extra cost.
4. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the checkout stage, based on the total weight of the order and the destination.

Free delivery: available from a certain amount (depending on current promotions)

Possible additional charges: for areas that are difficult to access or require special equipment (e.g., delivery to an upper floor)
 
5. Reception and inspection
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check the condition of the packages (packaging, contents) in the presence of the carrier.
In case of visible damage:

Write clear and precise reservations on the delivery note
 - 
 
Take photos and contact us at info@atelierselenia.com within 72 hours
 
Without these written reservations, we will not be able to open a claim with the carrier or guarantee a refund or replacement.
6. Incorrect address or absence at delivery
In case of:
- 
due to an error in the address provided,
 - 
of absence during the carrier's visit.
 - 
or unforeseen access conditions (floor without elevator, inaccessible entrance…)
 
The cost of a new delivery will be borne by the customer.
7. Bulky products
Some furniture or heavy items require specialized transport , which may lengthen the delivery time. If this is the case, you will be informed when placing your order.
For all furniture orders, please ensure that the access points to your home (stairs, elevator, hallways, doors) allow passage of the package.
8. Delay or non-receipt
If you have not received your order within the stated timeframe:
