At Atelier Sélénia , we pride ourselves on offering high-quality creations, crafted with care and passion. If, however, an item doesn't meet your expectations, we have a transparent return and refund policy in place, respecting your rights as a consumer.

1. General Conditions

You have the right to change your mind and return a product, under certain conditions. A valid return may result in a refund , in accordance with the terms described below.

2. Return period

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to submit a return request.

3. Product eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • They must be new , unused , and unopened.

  • To be in their original, undamaged, and sealed packaging

  • They must be returned complete , with all items received.

Products excluded from return:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure products

  • Products opened or used

  • Products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons , unless they have a proven defect.

4. Return Procedure

Please indicate:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) concerned

  • The reason for returning (optional but appreciated)

You will receive a confirmation and shipping instructions within 48 business hours .

Return shipping costs : unless we have made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

5. Inspection of returned products

Upon receipt of your package, we will inspect the item to confirm:

  • Its compliance with our return conditions

  • The absence of use, damage, or signs of having been opened

If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund.

6. Reimbursement

The refund is made according to the following terms:

  • Amount refunded : price of the returned product (excluding initial delivery costs)

  • Method : same payment method as the one used when placing the order

  • Processing time : up to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return

You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund is processed.

7. Non-refundable orders

We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Product returned used, damaged, or without original packaging

  • 15-day return period exceeded

  • Items that are non-refundable by nature (personalized, digital, hygiene)

8. Product received damaged or incorrect

If you received a damaged item or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@atelierselenia.com with a clear photo of the product in question . We will offer you a suitable solution: replacement, credit note, or refund.
